Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic Influencer Department Manager to lead influencer marketing initiatives for some of the most recognized brands in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer and content creator campaigns, building impactful partnerships, and delivering creative, result-driven solutions that align with clients' business objectives. Responsibilities • Lead influencer marketing projects from strategy and concept development through execution and reporting. • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for influencer marketing activities. • Develop creative influencer-driven solutions based on client briefs and business goals. • Identify, evaluate, and select relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives and KPIs. • Analyze influencer performance and campaign effectiveness to optimize results. • Build and execute influencer marketing strategies across multiple brands and industries. • Collaborate with influencer agencies, talent representatives, content creators, and production partners. • Work closely with internal social media and creative teams to provide integrated marketing solutions. • Manage ongoing influencer partnerships, brand ambassador programs, and campaign-based collaborations. • Oversee budgets, timelines, and project deliverables. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, or advertising agencies. • Proven experience managing clients and leading complex projects from brief to execution. • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into influencer-led solutions. • Extensive knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, including talent agencies and creator management firms. • Experience managing both always-on influencer programs and campaign-based activations. • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with influencer measurement and KPI evaluation. • Budget management experience and strong organizational capabilities. • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and campaign management tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
