You will drive the development and execution of patient engagement approaches and decentralized clinical trial solutions across complex research programs.
The position requires close collaboration with clinical teams, operational leaders, technology partners, and external stakeholders to improve patient access and trial outcomes.
You will act as a subject matter expert, bringing expertise in recruitment strategies, digital solutions, and patient-focused methodologies.
This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and continuous improvement within a science-driven and collaborative environment.
