Mobile Health Social Worker

Central City Concern’s Mobile Health Services Team meets people where they are at.  They travel to encampments and areas with dense populations of unsheltered individuals, and work in coordination with events that draw these individuals together. The Team will engage individuals on foot and will provide healthcare on the street, in a tent (as requested) or in our accompanying van. The team will provide basic health care in the field, health insurance assistance, employment, and housing education.
