Financial Assistance Rep - Business Office

The Financial Assistance Representative will be responsible for working with patients via telephone to answer billing questions and secure payment or payment arrangements for self-pay accounts working in conjunction with UR Medicine Affiliate Billing Office Customer Service Team. Provide information regarding the system's payment policy, alternative financing, insurance options, state programs, and financial assistance program and will be responsible for processing all Financial Assistance Applications for the UR Medicine Affiliate Billing Office.
