Location: Italy (Remote) Job Summary We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to build new and existing business with accounts in the defined country. As Area Sales Manager you will have a background in field sales and be adept at managing your own time, meeting customers face to face and be a confident seller. You will ideally come from a tools or electrical background and have a good knowledge and understanding of this sector. Key Responsibilities: Work towards attainable monthly and annual sales targets to increase sales revenue and provide organic growth. Develop the Distribution Channel for Cleco / Apex in Italy, but not limited to: • Presenting Cleco / Apex products and solutions to customers and prospects in the assigned area, with special focus on Italy • Managing existing distributor base, through evaluation, ranking and benchmarking tools • Identify and develop new distributors, negotiate and close contracts with them • Focusing the distributor network on vertical markets, matching markets and differentiated product offering • Identify, develop and manage new customers to achieve company´s sales targets • Being fully responsible for quotations, negotiations and order intake • Active market research, being informed about competition and trends
