Care Partner HHA/CNA - Part Time Sun/Mon 3p-11p

The Care Partner (HHA/CNA) nurtures and supports residents by providing safe, effective, and compassionate care, assistance, and service. Must be NY-state certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or NY-state Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and have experience in a facility or cluster care model.
