Credit and Collections Analyst

The Credit & Collections Analyst role is one of Finance’s main customer facing positions which supports Account Receivable function including dispute resolution and customer service. Individuals in this role are required to achieve company goals and maintain overdue %, follow up with customers via calls and email in order to ensure timely collections.
