Production Technician

You will operate and control process units and equipment in the field and from the control station to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations Monitor plant performance for efficiency, identifying and anticipating issues proactively Coordinate work requests, permits, and equipment isolations, ensuring safe return to normal operations Provide front-line communication to customers and facility management about product, process conditions, and supply status Also, you will maintain production records and implement standard operating procedures for starting and stopping major equipment to ensure reliability and prevent delays Exercise sound judgment when making process decisions within established boundaries And you will contribute to improving and updating standard operating procedures Thrive in a team that values diversity and bring your unique perspective to support an inclusive workplace
