Building Maintenance

The Building Maintenance Team Member maintains a keen focus on property maintenance, both front and back of the house and the exterior and has an eye for detail and is diligent in executing their duties. Must possess the ability to problem solve and address maintenance issues, demonstrating good judgement and seeking management’s assistance as needed. Has the capacity to respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry and/or company.
