The Equinox Retail Associate is responsible for delivering a premium, high-touch shopping experience that reflects the brand’s luxury fitness and wellness lifestyle. This role combines customer service, sales, and retail operations to support members and guests in selecting products that enhance their fitness and everyday performance. Retail Associates serve as brand ambassadors within the club, engaging with members, providing personalized product recommendations, and driving retail sales. They also ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and visually aligned with Equinox’s high standards.
