Superintendent

As a superintendent, your role will involve overseeing daily construction activities at the work site, specifically related to fireproofing, fire-stopping, waterproofing, and/or insulation. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring the overall progress of the project, scheduling workers, and ensuring the timely delivery of equipment and materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with contractors to complete projects within the allocated budget and timeframe. Furthermore, you'll coordinate with project managers and upper management to handle any necessary order changes. Ultimately, as a superintendent, you will make day-to-day decisions on the work site in alignment with upper management.
