Senior Financial Planning and Analytics Analyst

Hillwood Investment Properties (HIP) is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing Operations and Finance team in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and partnering closely with the FP&A Director, this role supports financial planning, forecasting, incentive compensation analysis, and performance reporting across HIP’s real estate investment platform.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will help evaluate project and portfolio performance, support annual budgeting and cash planning, develop financial models and analyses, and prepare insights that inform capital allocation, operating decisions, and senior leadership reporting.
