  • Role Requirement:
    • Candidate must have prior experience in freight forwarding.
    • End-to-end shipment knowledge is mandatory.
    • Strong experience in shipping and logistics operations is required.

  • Core Skills:
    • Good communication skills are essential.
    • Role involves customer service responsibilities, interacting with European stakeholders.

  • Work Timings & Shift:
    • Shift timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    • Saturday and Sunday are fixed off
    • Site based

  • Experience Range:
    • Looking for candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience

  • Interview Process:
    • 2 rounds of interviews
