Job Description
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Collects, processes, and sells entry tickets; assists guest with questions; provides assistance with navigating property.- Keeps count of guests entering property and balances tickets.- Handles and secures all money banks to ensure the proper balancing and transaction verification through the ticket system; prepares and verifies all closing paperwork; corrects financial deficiencies as needed.- Notifies higher level management of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely manner.- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
