Job Description
We are currently looking for an indoor sales support person to handle the below tasks:
- Receiving customers' orders and preparing the invoices
- Data entry for new products (pricing, costing, description etc.)
- Answering phone calls/Whatsapp, checking stock availability
- Following up on orders status between various channels (supplier/warehouse/delivery...)
- Checking account status (unpaid dues, statement of accounts etc.)
- Good Communication Skills with Retail and Corporate Clients
- Well-Organized
- Good Teamworker
- Good English (spoken & written), French is a plus
- Previous experience in stationery business is a plus
Salary Starting 650$
