WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Seamless interface management: You establish and nurture the central link between our Private Label organization and the different Supply Chain Management teams. Reliable logistics steering: You ensure on-time product deliveries by utilizing efficient logistics pathways and monitoring delivery schedules with high precision. Global delivery forecasting: You forecast and monitor all incoming deliveries from non-EU countries, keeping a close eye on goods receipt deadlines at both origin and destination. Strategic capacity planning: You plan international deliveries and optimize capacity utilization at the export harbors as well as our central import hub. Internal buying consultancy: You advise our Buying department on selecting the optimal modes of transport and finding the most efficient loading options. Continuous process optimization: You actively contribute to cross-functional projects and help us optimize our daily supply chain and logistics processes. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Educational Background: You have successfully completed a logistics, commercial, or business-focused education or degree, providing You with a solid understanding of global supply chain networks. Your Strengths: You possess a highly structured, reliable mindset, strong communication skills across different teams, and a proactive approach to identifying transport and loading optimizations. Your profile: You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally within a retail environment. You speak fluent Spanish and English (German is a great asset) and love working in a dynamic team setting to streamline international goods management.
