POSITION SUMMARY:Under the direction and supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Dept's activities. This function assists in collecting and organizing marketing data and assets, prepares reports and reviews marketing materials for campaigns.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
•Support team development of new marketing campaigns and strategies.
•Collaborate with marketing design and content teams to create print and digital material.
•Support marketing campaigns and digital marketing by:
- Working with team to plan and implement marketing activities.
- Assisting with organizing promotional events.
- Supporting initiatives to improve reach to customers through SEO campaigns.
DATA GATHERING, REPORTING, UPDATES, & RECORD/INVENTORY MAINTENANCE
•Create spreadsheets and assist in analyzing quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
•Gather and assist in analyzing consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings).
•Maintain, update records and run reports on marketing, campaign and enrollment metrics.
•Maintain digital assets and collateral inventory.
•Establish and track workflows for evaluating internal marketing requests.
OTHER
•Assist in conducting market research to identify new targeting opportunities.
•Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals.
•All other reasonably related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (knowledge, skills, abilities):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Associate' degree in related field with additional experience may be considered as a substitute for Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of marketing-related digital tools and techniques.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords.
- Displays high integrity and honesty, and an enthusiasm for marketing as a profession.

Your final compensation offer will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and licenses/certifications. The pay range is expressed as an hourly rate regardless of FLSA status. Exempt positions are paid salaried and are not subject to overtime.
