Workday Technical Integration Specialist
Job Description
As a Workday Integration Specialist reporting to Sr. Directory – HRIS & Analytics, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering Workday technology solutions that support Nasdaq's HR operations and global people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connectors, and EIB to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Translate business requirements from HR stakeholders into robust Workday configurations, reports, and custom applications.
Lead end-to-end testing for integrations, including unit test case creation, ensuring quality and adherence to SDLC standards.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and embedded analytics using Workday's reporting toolset to support data-driven decision-making.
Partner with internal teams and leadership to manage technical delivery, escalate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integration tools, including Studio, Cloud Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, and XSLT.
3+ years of experience in Workday report writing, including complex reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards.
Strong knowledge of the Workday security model and experience working in both application development and production support environments.
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, matrixed teams and align with US Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Workday with Greenhouse or similar platforms.
Programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, .Net, or C++.
Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL.
This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office (may increase to 3x a week).
