À PROPOS DU POSTE :

Au sein de notre équipe Procurement, nous recherchons un.e Acheteur.euse Stratégique Indirects pour piloter des sous-catégories clés (Facility Management, Prestations Intellectuelles, IT, Marketing, MRO…) sur le périmètre France, avec une exposition au niveau de la région EMEA.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez au centre de l’écosystème Aliaxis : en lien étroit avec nos équipes manufacturing, supply chain, IPD et les achats EMEA, vous contribuerez activement à structurer et optimiser nos pratiques achats. Vous serez également garant(e) de la conformité des processus au sein de nos sites de production.

Au-delà de la gestion des catégories, ce poste offre une opportunité unique de déployer une approche stratégique orientée performance, en travaillant sur l’optimisation des coûts et du working capital, tout en créant de la valeur durable pour l’organisation.

VOS MISSIONS :

• Identifier, challenger et formaliser les besoins avec les parties prenante
• Analyser les marchés et développer un panel fournisseurs France & EME
• Piloter les appels d’offres (e-sourcing, synergies Groupe, exigences HSE
• Mener les négociations et optimiser les choix fournisseurs (approche TCO
• Coordonner les parties prenantes et les évaluations technique
• Rédiger et sécuriser les contrats en lien avec le juridiqu
• Piloter la performance des catégories (coûts, working capital, stratégie)
• Manager la relation fournisseurs et gérer les non-conformités

À PROPOS DE VOUS :

• Bac +4/5 en Supply chain / achats / management des opérations
• Vous possédez un expérience solide sur un poste similaire
• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des outils d’analyse & reporting
• Aisance avec les ERP et outils Achats (e-sourcing, etc.)
• Solides compétences en négociation et en gestion contractuelle
• Expérience en gestion de projets et optimisation des processus
• Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels et CAPEX
• Autonomie, proactivité et capacité à anticiper
• Esprit d’équipe et collaboration transverse
• Capacité à convaincre et à influencer
• Ouverture d’esprit et agilité
• La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable (niveau B2 minimum)

ABOUT THE ROLE :

Within our Procurement team, we are looking for a Strategic Indirect Buyer to manage key sub-categories (Facility Management, Professional Services, IT, Marketing, MRO…) across France, with exposure at EMEA level.

In this role, you will be at the heart of the Aliaxis ecosystem: working closely with our manufacturing, supply chain, IPD and EMEA Procurement teams, you will actively contribute to structuring and optimizing our purchasing practices. You will also ensure process compliance across our production sites.

Beyond category management, this position offers a unique opportunity to deploy a performance-driven strategic approach, focusing on cost optimization and working capital improvement, while creating sustainable value for the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Identify, challenge and formalize business needs with stakeholders
• Analyze markets and develop a supplier panel across France & EMEA
• Lead tenders (e-sourcing, group synergies, HSE requirements)
• Drive negotiations and optimize sourcing decisions (TCO approach)
• Coordinate stakeholders and technical evaluations
• Draft and secure contracts in collaboration with Legal
• Drive category performance (costs, working capital, strategy)
• Manage supplier relationships and handle non-conformities

ABOUT YOU :

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain / Procurement / Operations Management
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical & reporting capabilities
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools (e-sourcing, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience in project management and process optimization
• Good understanding of industrial environments and CAPEX
• Autonomous, proactive, with strong anticipation skills
• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong influencing and persuasion skills
• Open-minded, agile, and adaptable
• Fluent in English is required (minimum B2 level)
