Main responsibilities and accountabilities:
Monitor networks & digital platforms (New Relic, Meraki, SolarWinds)
Proactively identify issues & resolve incidents
Troubleshoot network, cloud & EUC issues across multiple locations
Support switches, wireless & vendor connectivity
Work closely with internal teams, vendors & support hubs
Create knowledge articles & improve monitoring processes
Support users remotely and simplify technical issues
What you’ll bring
2+ years in IT / Network Support
Solid understanding of network fundamentals (IP, OSI, routing, switching)
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Experience working with tickets, incidents & SLAs (ITIL exposure)
Ability to work independently & in a team
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
Exposure to Cisco, AWS, Azure, Cloudflare
Tools: Meraki, SolarWinds, New Relic
Certifications: CCNA / AWS / Security
Scripting or AI tool usage to improve efficiency
