• Graduate of any 4-year- course • Minimum 10 years industry experience in Sales, Agency Development • Minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity • Ability to motivate, inspire and lead sales targets and achieve their KPIs • Ability to execute performance management standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent Communication Skills • Strong People Skills • Sales and Negotiation Skills • Presentation Skills • Leadership Skills
