Employee Relations Denmark 

Join us in this role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor on all elements of employment law and employee relations in Denmark, ensuring consistent, high-quality support and guidance, while driving simplification and workflow design through the adoption of technology. This hybrid role also offers the opportunity to develop HR Business Partner capabilities, whether you already have HRBP experience or are looking to build on your Employee Relations background.

Your role 

You’ll be welcomed into the Global People and Corporate Affairs department and together with colleagues in Denmark and globally be responsible for quality and efficiency deliveries. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the wider business contribution to us driving the business forward.  

This role is primarily focused on Employee Relations, with additional HR Business Partnering responsibilities. We are looking for someone motivated to strengthen employee relations practices and able to guide and influence employment-related matters in a global context.  

 

Key responsibilities 

 

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in Danish Employee Relations 

  • Advise on and be responsible for Danish employment law, collective agreements, local agreements and HR legal matters 

  • Own and drive simplification and workflow design 

  • Guide HRBPs and leaders in Denmark on legal people matters 

  • Support selected VP areas as an HR Business Partner by understanding business needs and delivering relevant HR initiatives, processes and insights 

  • Drive HR organizational activities, including talent and reward-related initiatives and turning data driven analysis into recommendations 

 

Your qualifications 

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have: 

 

  • Solid experience with Danish employment law, including collective agreements, bargaining and Danish labour relations, 3–5 years of relevant experience 

  • Apply a pragmatic and solution orientated approach, balancing legal and business considerations collaboratively  

  • Fluency in AI tools to enhance HR and business processes, support decision-making and drive business value 

  • Experience supporting leaders or business areas with HR initiatives, processes and insights is considered an advantage 

  • Hold a relevant qualification, master's in law, or equivalent experience  

  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
