Drive the integration of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes and digital strategies across Global Data Centers to improve IP reuse and ensure consistent, optimized model dissemination from design through construction to closeout.
Establish and enforce global Building Information Model (BIM) content standards including geometry, naming conventions, and engineering data ensuring they are utilized correctly by Design, Engineering, and Sustaining teams.
Partner with regional design and construction teams to manage sustaining operations vendors by defining scopes of work and agreement language, while providing oversight to ensure requirements are adequately addressed.
Provide guidance to leadership regarding software utilization (e.g., Autodesk, MCAD) and drive the integration of emerging technologies like AI/Large Language Models (LLMs) to inform top-level decision-making.
