Responsible for leading the Latam strategy and execution of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition initiatives across 13 countries countries in the region. This role ensures the development of high‑performing leaders, the attraction of top talent, and the implementation of consistent, enterprise-wide talent practices aligned with global standards and regional business needs.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the LatAm talent acquisition strategy, ensuring high-quality hiring, diverse pipelines, and strong alignment with business growth needs.
- Drive employer branding, sourcing innovation, and candidate experience initiatives across the region
- Partner with global TA COEs to implement best practices, technology enhancements, and recruitment analytics.
Talent Management:
- Oversee regional talent review processes, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Design and execute regional learning, development, and leadership programs aligned with culture and global frameworks.
- Build capability-building strategies to support business transformation and future skills needs.
Regional HR Leadership:
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Country HR Heads, Business Leaders, and Global COEs to align talent strategies to business priorities.
- Ensure strong governance and consistent application of global TM & TA policies across the region.
- Use data and analytics to drive insights, measure impact, and guide decision-making.
