With the Singapore as a key CRE hub in Asia, the Associate Director/Director, Logistics & Industrial Investment role is envisaged to work with Logistics & Industrial sales and leadership team to be a key partner in the development and execution of strategic investment initiatives for revenue growth.Working with the Logistics & Industrial practice and brokerage team and other business executives, Associate Director/Director will lead the building of an investment pipeline, identify high value and probability targets, coordinate due diligence activities with internal and external resources, negotiate deal terms, be responsible for deal management and support integration activities. Key activities will also include market research and financial analysis to assess attractiveness of deals under inspection, and analysis of the impact of investments on existing portfolio and performance.
The ideal candidate will have the desire to grow in the commercial real estate industry, have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent writing skills, be self-motivated with excellent time management skills to prioritize deadlines, and have a strong work ethic.

About the role
Perform market research and competitive analysis to develop strategic plan for investments within the Logistics & Industrial business segment and practice group
Independently drive investment sourcing with Logistics & Industrial practice group leadership
Analyze potential investment transactions, developing financial models and valuation analysis
Draft investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for all stages of the deal process (sourcing to integration)
Develop investment management functions such as performance measurement, forecasting, data analytics, strategy and portfolio construction
Maintain relevant portfolio databases, portfolio summary sheets and other relevant information in relation to the Logistics & Industrial business segment
Initiate and proactively grow and build relationships with investors, developers, owners, and funds who are active in the Singapore market
Execute and negotiate investment transactions independently or in partnership with Executive Director and lead practice leaders
Assist with all aspects of due diligence, including identifying and quantifying sources of synergies and risk, and summarizing findings
Develop and maintain internal tools and processes to track active, inactive, and closed deal activities
Prepare investment proposals and quarterly updates and presentations on potential deals to management, assist in the tracking of budgets and deal compliance.
About You
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Private equity or other buy-side experience a plus
Strong, proven experience with financial analysis, due diligence, and integration activities
Demonstrated ability to work well on small deal teams
Superior analytical and quantitative skills, able to contribute at a strategic level; enhancing growth strategy plan and product offering
Ability to identify key investment risks and synergy opportunities
Ability to advise clients across the spectrum of Real Estate investment strategy, portfolio optimization, project management, facility management, workplace consulting.
Existing network within the Singapore Corporate Real Estate community in Singapore and experience in Logistics & Industrial market segment a strong bonus
Highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and sense of urgency
Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to develop concise presentations articulating investment topics
Team player with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to contribute in group discussions on topics ranging from macro-economics to sub-market leasing conditions to legal and tax matters
