O'Mally Management Group is partnering with a growing multidisciplinary healthcare client in Longview, TX. Our client operates innovative, community-focused clinics designed to deliver exceptional care and build strong patient relationships.
The clinic offers a comprehensive soft tissue and rehabilitation program that combines chiropractic care with physical therapy and other specialties, such as orthopedic and pain management. This integrated model supports a steady and diverse patient flow while offering chiropractors a unique collaborative care environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic care, including evaluations, manual therapy, and treatment planning
- Work closely with physical therapists and medical professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Educate patients on chiropractic principles, treatment plans, and preventive health strategies
- Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Demonstrate leadership and support clinic goals and community presence
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution
- Current Texas chiropractic license (or eligibility)
- Strong diagnostic and manual adjustment skills
- Interest or experience in soft tissue and rehabilitative therapies preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Starting range of $90,000–$110,000 annually (DOE)
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses

Schedule & Location
- Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Location: Longview, TX (onsite only)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and sit throughout the workday
- Ability to demonstrate and assist with passive and active therapies
- Comfortable with moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
