Job Requirements
- Experience in complex Project management, Change Management, along with the companies’ strategic goals
- Very good experience in planning, executing and tracking the projects,
- Very good view of how projects fit into the organization requirements and their inter dependencies
- Should be capable of using project and portfolio management software such as MS project, Jira, Confluence and able to create Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and can plan, schedule and track work in real time.
- Experience in Leading end-to-end delivery / program / project planning & implementation of Digital Transformation Projects from scope management to activity sequencing, effort & cost estimation, and Deployment
- Very good knowledge of risk management, resource management and project planning,
- Very good experience in coordinating with multiple teams, project managers and key stakeholders.
- Should be able to communicate customer’s feedback to the stake holders
- Experience in Monitoring multiple projects from technology mapping to final execution of projects, suggesting technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency & achieving business excellence
- Need to Contribute to the development of new processes and transitioning old ones through process simplification
- Act as Change Agent, engaged with clients, stakeholders & top management for evolving strategic vision, driving change.
- Experience in Building teams from scratch, mentoring and leading culturally diversified and multi-nationality team.
- Daily management through the life cycle of the program. Ensure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
- Define the program controls & KPI’S, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program.
- Manage the program and Project within planned budgets and schedule.
- Manage risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and take corrective measures
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and program
- Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs OTD/FTY/ Quality/Schedule
- Support/Create proposals working with Program Manager/Centre Manager for any new initiatives/new customers

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 15-18 years of experience in CAD design, Project Management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools and practices
