Job Description

Owns and operates the delivery, coordination, and enablement mechanisms that allow the Human Factors (HF) team to execute reliably and at scale. Responsible for managing HF timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows, while building and maintaining the research infrastructure that underpins HF work. Also supports the CXC Group Head through structured planning, coordination, and follow-through, enabling effective leadership.

Acts as the operational backbone of the Human Factors function. This role ensures HF work is planned, tracked, resourced, and delivered consistently across the team, freeing HF practitioners to focus on research and usability execution. Manages HF delivery logistics, research participant infrastructure, and internal operating rhythms, while providing targeted enablement support to the CXC Group Head.

The role is in-house and embedded, providing continuity, institutional memory, and real-time coordination across HF initiatives and leadership priorities.

Hiring Requirements

  • Familiarity with HF / UX research processes and timelines

  • Working knowledge of tools such as spreadsheets, research platforms, and collaboration tools

  • Discretion and reliability when supporting leadership

  • Ability to work across multiple priorities without losing structure
