Automation and Efficiency Manager

The Automation and Efficiency Manager is responsible for managing Mouser’s global automation strategy and ensuring measurable operational efficiencies across business units. This role oversees the technical execution, scalability, and governance of the automation and RPA program while partnering with global stakeholders and leadership teams. The Manager will guide a team of automation developers, prioritize and manage the automation backlog, drive KPI-based improvements, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
