Job Summary:

The Director of Member Solutions & Strategy Analytics leads the delivery of data and analytics capabilities that drive performance insights, member-centric decision-making, and execution of enterprise strategic initiatives through trusted, governed actionable insights. The role partners closely with the Chief Member Solutions and Strategy Officer (CMSSO) organization and provides thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology to deliver actionable insights across products, portfolios, and enterprise strategy. This role enables a data-driven culture by delivering scalable analytics, standardized metrics, and enterprise dashboards that support growth, profitability, and strategic alignment.
