Job Description

  • Assist in mapping all service processes across all customer touch point for RBG.
  • Help in improving the customer satisfaction level to ensure that all the survey scored to be at acceptable levels.
  • Adhere to SLAs-TATs, to assure low rejection and decline levels & high quality of customer interaction.
  • Implement solution to problem areas identifier.
  • Assist in handle customer issue.
  • Assist head of sales, business development managers, in preparing the sales approach plan/report for achieving annual/monthly result through defined targets assigned to every sales channel.
  • Schedule & have product, marketing, credit and risk meeting with sales force.
  • Assist monitoring sales result and measure results against goals set.
  • To ensure quality of sales calls/visits including accuracy & completion of information to minimize risk fraud.
  • Take ownership of customer complaint resolution.
  • Improve implementation of standards across the unit.
