Phlebotomist - Family Medicine Residency Programs Casper

The Phlebotomist position supports campus health services by performing blood draws, preparing and processing laboratory specimens, and assisting with routine clinical and administrative tasks. This role includes patient identification and reassurance, EMR/LIS documentation, specimen handling, and basic front-desk and records support, all while maintaining HIPAA, OSHA, and quality standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, documented phlebotomy training/experience, BLS certification (or ability to obtain), and preferred experience with Orchard LIS and Athena EMR.
