
Senior Inhouse Consultant Global Enterprise Transformation (x|f|m)
Job Description
Drive enterprise-wide transformation at scale. You will lead large-scale transformation programs across our global operations network – combining strategic perspective with direct responsibility for execution and long-term impact.
As part of our transformation taskforce, you will act as a key driver of enterprise transformation, closely collaborating with senior leadership and shaping the future of our global operations landscape.
This position is available for either full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at
our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Lead and orchestrate enterprise-wide transformation programs across Operations, Supply Chain, IT and beyond
Define and drive global transformation roadmaps with direct visibility at executive level
Translate strategic priorities into scalable operating models, governance structures and measurable KPIs
Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior leadership and support decision-making on transformation priorities
Manage complex, cross-functional programs including governance, stakeholder alignment and value tracking
Drive the implementation of digital, automation and AI-enabled initiatives across global manufacturing environments
Ensure sustainable adoption and long-term impact of transformation initiatives within the organization
What will convince us
A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
Extensive professional experience at a leading consulting firm or in comparable in-house roles with a strong focus on transformation
Experience at the Senior Manager/Principal level
A proven track record of success in leading large-scale, global transformation programs
A strong combination of strategic thinking and implementation experience
In-depth knowledge of operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
Experience with digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives
Strong executive-level communication skills and experience advising C-suite executives
Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus
