Job Description: Senior Network Tech Lead
Position Title: Senior Network Tech Lead 
Experience Required: 8+ years
Location: India (Preferred Bangalore, Pune or Noida, but flexible for, Hyderabad, Chennai)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Tech Lead with strong expertise in enterprise networking and Azure cloud networking. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale multi-cloud and cloud native networking solutions. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience in Azure networking aligned with enterprise hybrid connectivity and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead implementation and support of enterprise Cloud and Networking Data Center networks.
•    Act as L2/L3 escalation point for complex network issues.
•    Engage with customers for requirement analysis and technical discussions.
•    Deliver High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and documentation.
•    Lead migration, transformation, and integration projects.
•    Mentor engineers and guide technical delivery.
•    Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
•    Maintain operational runbooks and ensure smooth project handover.
Azure Networking Skills – mandatory 
-  Skilled on Azure Networking, Design and deploy Azure Virtual WAN (vWAN) hubs for multi-region connectivity
- Implement Hub-and-Spoke and Any-to-Any connectivity models
- Integrate Site-to-Site (S2S), Point-to-Site (P2S) VPN, and ExpressRoute
- Implement Secure Virtual Hubs with Azure Firewall and routing intent
- Configure custom routing, route tables, and branch-to-branch communication
- Design VNets, subnets, and Network Security Groups (NSGs)
- Implement Private Endpoints, Service Endpoints, and Private Link
- Configure User-Defined Routes (UDRs) and traffic control policies
- Establish hybrid connectivity using ExpressRoute and VPN Gateway
- Implement regional and global VNet peering
- Configure gateway transit, transit routing, and forced tunneling
- Troubleshoot Azure peering, routing, and connectivity issues
- Support compliance-driven secure network design
- Prepare HLD/LLD, runbooks, and documentation
- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) for operations teams

Cloud & Additional Skills
- Exposure to AWS networking (mandatory)
- Experience with monitoring and network tools

Certification Requirements

- Azure AZ-700 or equivalent (Must)
- CCNA / CCNP (optional)

Experience Requirement
- 10+ years in enterprise cloud and networking
- Proven experience in design, implementation, and customer-facing delivery
