Join us as our HR Intern (m/f/d) at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Vienna to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

Your Tasks:

• Support time tracking processes, including recording absences and working time entries
• Assist in updating and maintaining HR templates and internal documents
• Prepare standard HR confirmations and documents (e.g. certificates, letters)
• Maintain and organize personnel files and folder structures
• Support the administration and content management of SharePoint
• Assist the HR team with general administrative and operational tasks
• Provide support during payroll preparation and HR processes

Your Profile:

• Completed secondary education (Matura) with a focus on business/economics
• Quick comprehension and ability to learn new tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with time tracking systems (e.g. ZEUS) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented way of working
• Team player with a proactive mindset

The minimum salary for this position is 22.869,-- gross per year (38.5 working hours per week) according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us
