- BDM Alignment: Vet day-to-day project and collateral requests directly with the BDMs, under the ongoing review and oversight of the Regional Marketing Director.

- Service & Market Knowledge: Develop a deep and robust knowledge of all ATI Services and target market segments (multi-family residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).
- Strategy Customization: Customize corporate marketing strategies for regional deployment and execute local regional/branch marketing tactics.
- Collateral Management: Manage, distribute, and maintain inventory of marketing materials from ATI HomeOffice (HQ) for regional events.
- Brand Standards: Ensure all corporate Brand Guidelines are strictly followed and executed regionally and locally.
- Branch Event Support: Support sales teams with the planning of relevant branch events and Lunch & Learn opportunities.
- Case Studies: Support regional sales teams by gathering data for relevant regional customer stories and case studies.
- Collateral Production: Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral in connection with business development opportunities.
- Meetings: Attend scheduled business development and marketing weekly meetings.

- Organization: Excellent organizational and project-management skills with an exhaustive attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Good problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain compliance within established workflows.
- Agility: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain agile in a busy, fast-growth environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with BDMs while maintaining alignment with corporate marketing leadership.
- Motivation: High level of self-motivation and an entrepreneurial attitude (willing to roll up sleeves and do the hard work required for event execution).
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work successfully within a collaborative, split-regional team environment.
