Principal Integration Manager

Role purpose The LIMS Digital Systems Manager is the principal technical authority and escalation point responsible for the architecture, design, and operational governance of a mission-critical, enterprise-grade digital system supporting nationwide operations. The role owns the end to end system design, overseeing complex full bstack applications built on Spring Boot based backend services and Angular/React frontend platforms, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple internal and external systems. This role provides strategic technical leadership for systems that operate at national scale, handling high volume transactional workloads and databases containing millions of records, with strict requirements for performance, security, reliability, and data integrity. The LIMS Digital Systems Manager defines and enforces architectural standards, integration patterns, and performance optimization strategies, and serves as the final escalation authority for complex technical issue
