We’re looking for a Client Partner who can lead major client relationships, shape commercial growth, and play a defining role in the next phase of the agency
This is a senior role with real influence - across clients, teams, and the future direction of Digitas NZ
The Opportunity This role sits at the centre of some of our most important client partnerships, including a large-scale digital transformation programme for one of New Zealand’s most recognised brands
You’ll take ownership of key client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful growth - both within existing accounts and across the broader agency
You’ll also play a critical role in shaping how we build and scale our client service offering in New Zealand
What You’ll Be Doing Client Leadership & Growth Own senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point Identify opportunities, shape them into clear briefs, and turn them into commercial growth Drive long-term partnerships aligned to client and business outcomes Delivery & Impact Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated digital, CX, and transformation work Ensure delivery excellence across complex programmes, from strategy through to execution Maintain high standards of quality, performance, and client satisfaction Commercial Ownership Own account performance, including revenue, forecasting, and profitability Lead account planning and ensure sustainable, scalable growth Navigate scope, negotiations, and commercial decision-making with confidence Leadership & Influence Build and shape a high-performing client team Partner across capability areas to bring the best of Digitas and Publicis Groupe to clients Contribute to new business through strategic input and pitch leadership What We’re Looking For Significant experience in a senior client-facing role within a digital or integrated agency A strong track record of growing client relationships and delivering commercial outcomes Experience leading complex, multi-channel or transformation programmes Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders Deep understanding of digital, customer experience, and integrated delivery You’re commercially sharp, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership
