What You’ll Do:

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Sales Representatives
• Drive branch performance and exceed sales goals
• Assign and manage leads for maximum production
• Coach your team in the field with ride-a longs and real-time feedback
• Analyze performance metrics and improve results
• Resolve customer issues and ensure top-tier service
• Run sales meetings and create a winning team culture

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or similar role with a proven record of success
• Direct sales and team leadership experience highly preferred

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales personnel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and metrics
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, CRM, and territory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to adapt coaching styles to meet the diverse needs of Sales Representatives
• Must be okay to Travel

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel within the branch territory, including ride-a longs with Sales Representatives
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and engage in frequent verbal communication
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work in various environments, including on-site customer visits
