State Mail General Services Technician II

As a General Services Technician you will: Apply postage to the outgoing mail using the postage meter. Operate mail service and related equipment such as postage meters, sorters, mail inserting machines, inkjet addressing machines, and bar coders. Pickup Incoming mail from the USPS Drop off outgoing mail to the USPS. Act as a courier by going to other state agencies for mail pick up and deliveries as needed. Plan, prepare, and coordinate incoming mail shipments, including bulk mailings. Prepare and maintain records, reports, logs, etc., of jobs, schedules, usage, etc.
