How you’ll make an impact
You will be managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle process covering domestic employees and expatriates onboarding, internal transfer, cross-country transfer contract renewal and off-boarding process.
You will be collaborating with internal and external partners to support onboarding actions such as visa application, employee badge application, new hire orientation arrangement and etc.
You will be managing the secondees assignment process and contingent worker end-to-end process
You will be responsible for employees’ personal file management including but not limited to offer letters, contracts, onboarding or offboarding documents and ensuring HR monthly invoice payment to external vendors in time.
You will be handling employee queries and transactional requests via our HR ticketing system in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will support HR systems’ training or communication to managers and employees also ensure HR data accuracy and process compliance with local labor laws, company policies and HR control requirements.
You will be identifying and proposing the enhancement and simplification of existing processes and procedures, also updating HR process SOP and working instructions based on local practice and continuous improvement.
You will be supporting audits, HR projects and process improvements.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree.
Required with 5 years hands-on experience on Employee Service and Global Mobility including talent acquisition process support, employees onboarding/offboarding management, new hire orientation, global mobility, vendor management etc.
Experience in working with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Working experience in multinational company and communication effectively and good collaboration capability with stakeholders.
Personal leadership and personal influence to promote continuous improvement, learning agility.
Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams and logical thinking, analytical and problem solved skills.
Independent, self-motivated and proactive mindset, integrity and compliance, detail oriented and proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent speaking, listening & written in English. TOEIC 700 and more or actual working experience in using English.
