EisnerAmper is expanding its global BD infrastructure with two BD Support Analyst roles in Mumbai — embedded members of the Firm’s 12-person BD team providing research, data, and presentation support that frees senior BD professionals for client-facing activity. EisnerAmper is one of the largest US accounting, tax, and advisory firms, serving clients across financial services, real estate, life sciences, technology, and private equity.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Market & Competitive Research

  • Prospect research on target companies, industries, and executives for BD outreach and meeting prep.
  • Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive intelligence across key service lines.
  • Monitor client, prospect, and referral news to surface timely BD opportunities.
  • Build sector-specific intelligence files (real estate, PE, life sciences, financial services

Data Management & Analytics

  • Pull, clean, and analyze NetSuite opportunity data for pipeline reporting and revenue attribution.
  • Generate BD dashboards and performance metrics for leadership and firm management.
  • Maintain client and prospect record accuracy; lead data hygiene and deduplication efforts.
  • Analyze win/loss trends; support list-building for campaigns, events, and BD initiatives.

Presentations & Proposals

  • Create and format client-facing pitch decks, capability presentations, and leave-behinds in PowerPoint.
  • Draft and tailor RFP/RFI responses with BD professionals and subject-matter experts.
  • Develop one-pagers, firm profiles, and credentials packages; maintain centralized content library.

BD Operations & Coordination

  • Enter leads and contacts into CRM; maintain complete roster of contacts and account records.
  • Support event follow-up tracking, contact list management, and post-event action items.
  • Assist with firmwide BD communications: newsletters, opportunity alerts, cross-selling spotlights.
  • Work across US time zones to ensure timely delivery; proactively improve BD workflows

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years in BD, marketing, research, or professional services support.
  • Advanced PowerPoint; builds polished presentations independently.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and list management.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bloomberg, PitchBook, IBISWorld, or similar.
  • Excellent written English; synthesizes complex information into clear summaries.
  • High attention to detail; manages multiple workstreams under deadline.
  • Preferred
  • BD/marketing support at a professional services firm.
  • NetSuite CRM/ERP; US market exposure (PE, real estate).
