Job Description

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report performance metrics.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Evaluate competitor strategies and adjust business development plans accordingly.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to align strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and forecasts.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
