Job Description
- Establish and nurture relationships with our key customers with the objective to build trust in our capability to deliver critical capacity in time.
- Deliver high-confidence plans for out-of-cycle customer requests to secure agreements.
- Lead regional program managers to project plan, lead on-net and off-net delivery projects including ISP engagement, material planning, equipment installation, and turn up of equipment to be ready to serve traffic.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive CDN technical and commercial competitiveness, manage product lifecycles, and execute occasional NPIs.
- Optimize project delivery for the market engaged through innovative solutions, proactive risk mitigation, and a culture of continuous improvement.
