Façade Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor the design, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of all façade and building envelope systems.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
• Review contractor submissions, material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and quality assurance documents.
• Evaluate structural adequacy, wind load performance, thermal performance, waterproofing, and durability aspects of façade systems.
• Monitor fabrication and installation activities to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained.
• Witness and review performance testing, mock-up testing, water penetration tests, air infiltration tests, and other façade-related inspections.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and airport authorities for seamless execution of façade works.
• Identify construction challenges and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements during façade installation activities.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare periodic progress, quality, and compliance reports.
• Support the Project Director and PMC team in monitoring project progress and resolving technical issues related to façade systems.
