We are looking for a motivated and community-driven Community Intern to support our global community and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital communities, creator engagement, and brand storytelling, with a keen interest in marketing operations and campaign execution. 

 

You will play an integral role in supporting the execution and maintenance of our flagship Community Ambassador Programme, contributing to key business objectives through campaign coordination, creator engagement, reporting, and operational support. This internship is ideal for someone who is highly organised, digitally savvy, and excited about influencer marketing, community management and events management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and engagement of the brand’s global digital community  

  • Assist with creator and community ambassador relationship management, communication, and coordination  

  • Conduct community outreach efforts to identify suitable influencers and recruit them as ambassadors  

  • Assist in campaign ideation, outreach, execution, and activation support across different markets  

  • Support the planning and coordination of community initiatives aligned with marketing objectives and brand priorities 

  • Support backend operations and administrative processes for the Community Ambassador Programme  

  • Assist with tracking campaign performance and community growth metrics 

  • Consolidate community insights, feedback, and engagement learnings to support future initiatives 

  • Assist with market research to identify emerging trends, creator insights, and best practices in community and influencer marketing  

  • Monitor community and social media trends to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and up to date  

  • Support day-to-day marketing, administrative and operational tasks  

  • Perform any other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Applied understanding of basic marketing and social media principles  

  • Strong interest in community building, influencer marketing, creator engagement, and social commerce  

  • Well-versed in major social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Strong multitasking, coordination, and organisational skills with attention to detail  

  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility under pressure 

  • Prior internship or work experience in PR, influencer marketing, community management, or brand marketing for lifestyle or fashion brands will be advantageous 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
