- Office Operations
- Provide and coordinate audio visual services
- Manage office postings and signage
- Assist with reception services
- Order and maintain offices supplies
- Conduct floor inspections
- Key management
- Coordinate office space maintenance
- Coordinate break area equipment maintenance
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance
- Safety & Security
- Participate as a member of the emergency response and location management team
- Provide scheduled reporting for safety and security audits
- Assist with maintaining all safety and security standards
- Space Management
- Coordinate space charge back program
- Coordinate and maintain all meeting rooms, enclosed workspace and open workspace
- Manage the event management system (EMS)
- Assistant with design and construction project coordination
- Provide back up support for Workplace lead.
Additional Job Details:
Basic Qualifications •3+ years customer service experience
•3+ years MS Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, OneNote, Power Point)
•2+ years audio visual equipment experience
•2+ years facility maintenance experience
•2+ years project coordination experience
•2+ years event coordination experience Preferred Qualifications
•Experience using office collaboration tools (Skype, Cisco SX80 and CX5000 video conference systems)
•3+ years audio visual experience
•2+ years office operations experience
•2+ years safety & security experience
•2+ years office equipment and multi-function device experience
•2+ years procurement experience
