Job Description

1. Process

  • Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert and quality gatekeeper for P2P Front Office activities.
  • First contact for issues escalation within P2P process
  • Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
  • Performing P2P controls
  • Advising other team members in terms of P2P process matters
  • Introduce Improvements within P2P process

2. Coordination:

  • Coordinate completion of all P2P processes
  • Delegate tasks
  • Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
  • Managing HR Matters
  • Communicate deadlines
  • Monitor the team performance
  • Resolve or escalate any process issues
  • Attend and lead team meetings
  • Prepare reports
  • Building relationship with the countries during day to day operations

3. Communication:

  • Point of contact to the affiliates management
  • Report to GBS manager
  • Provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions

4. Motivation:

  • Motivate team members
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Create a positive team environment
  • AOB- Any other businesses related to P2P process
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
  • English proficiency at B2-C1 level
  • Deadline orientation and accuracy
  • Team player
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to communicate information effectively
  • Be able to motivate team
  • Natural leadership skills
  • P2P Process knowledge
