Job Description
1. Process
- Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
- Acting as a subject-matter expert and quality gatekeeper for P2P Front Office activities.
- First contact for issues escalation within P2P process
- Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
- Performing P2P controls
- Advising other team members in terms of P2P process matters
- Introduce Improvements within P2P process
2. Coordination:
- Coordinate completion of all P2P processes
- Delegate tasks
- Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
- Managing HR Matters
- Communicate deadlines
- Monitor the team performance
- Resolve or escalate any process issues
- Attend and lead team meetings
- Prepare reports
- Building relationship with the countries during day to day operations
3. Communication:
- Point of contact to the affiliates management
- Report to GBS manager
- Provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions
4. Motivation:
- Motivate team members
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Create a positive team environment
- AOB- Any other businesses related to P2P process
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level
- Deadline orientation and accuracy
- Team player
- Good organizational skills
- Able to communicate information effectively
- Be able to motivate team
- Natural leadership skills
- P2P Process knowledge
