Supervise and manage all activities and functions handled by the centralized accounts management team, covering all business lines. Develop and implement strategies to optimize account opening processes and ensure efficient team performance. Leading Egypt RBG’s Digital and Fintech Onboarding & Account Servicing Operations, delivering excellent customer service, reducing cost to serve and proactively driving the continued digital transformation of the Onboarding & Account Servicing unit within Egypt RBG Operations
