Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Integration Analyst who is passionate about learning and problem-solving. This role will support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across systems and support business operations.
- Assist in delivering integration solutions across multiple lines of business under guidance
- Support implementation of integration patterns including A2A, B2B, and B2C
- Develop and maintain integrations using tools such as webMethods, SSIS, and Microsoft Azure integration services
- Work with API-based integrations (SOAP and REST) via API Gateway
- Monitor integration services and assist in troubleshooting issues
- Support incident resolution and follow through to closure with guidance
- Participate in system maintenance, enhancements, and documentation
- Collaborate with developers, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver assigned tasks
- Assist in building mappings, transformations, and workflows
- On Call support is required
- 2 Years Diploma or University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in Java, SQL, or integration development
- Exposure to APIs or backend systems is considered an asset
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, or flat files
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to have:
- Exposure to integration tools (webMethods, SSIS)
- Basic knowledge of EDI concepts or B2B integrations
